PaceCount comes in three plans. You can run a real business on Free and upgrade when you need more capacity or advanced features.

The plans

  • Free — core scheduling, customer intake, and notifications, with strict usage limits. Great for getting started.
  • Essentials — full day-to-day operations: invoicing, deposits, service agreements, photo uploads, and staff management.
  • Pro — everything in Essentials plus reporting and analytics, broadcasts, advanced scheduling, SMS, and the Events and Automations betas.

Choosing a plan

  • Just booking customers? Free covers scheduling, intake, and reminders.
  • Taking payments and running a team? Essentials adds invoicing, agreements, and staff.
  • Want insights, marketing, and automation? Pro unlocks reporting, broadcasts, advanced scheduling, and the newest betas.

Common questions

  • Will I lose data if I downgrade? Downgrading removes access to higher-tier features, but your records remain. Advanced features simply become unavailable until you upgrade again.
  • A feature I need is off. Check whether it's included on your plan here, then upgrade from your billing settings if needed.
