Set Up Service Pricing

Attach optional, suggested prices to your services so quotes, deposits, and invoices are clearer.

Last updated July 16, 2026

Service pricing is entirely optional. It lets you attach a suggested price and unit to any service in your catalog — helpful for consistent quotes — without ever forcing pricing on jobs you'd rather quote on-site.

Turn it on

  1. Open Settings → Services.
  2. Flip the Suggested Pricing switch at the top of the section.

When it's off, no pricing fields appear anywhere. When it's on, you can add pricing per service. Pricing isn't tied to a specific plan — any tenant can use it.

Add pricing to a service

For each service, set a price and a unit that fits how you charge — for example flat, per hour, per visit, or per job. You can leave any service unpriced.

How customers see it

If you show pricing during intake, customers see the suggested price as a read-only hint, can set a quantity, and can mark an item as Quote on site when a firm price isn't possible. The intake summary can total the priced items so expectations are clear before you even talk.

Why use it

  • Faster, more consistent quotes.
  • Accurate deposits and invoices, since amounts flow from your catalog.
  • Fewer pricing surprises for customers.

Common questions

  • Do I have to price every service? No. Price what makes sense and leave the rest to quote on-site.
  • Does turning it on change anything for existing jobs? No. It only adds optional pricing fields; nothing is applied automatically.
