Signing In to Your Portal

PaceCount uses passwordless sign-in by default, so there's no password to remember. You sign in with a secure link sent to your email.

Sign in with an email link

1. Go to the business's portal login page.
2. Enter the email address you used when you booked.
3. Check your inbox for a sign-in link and open it. You'll be signed in automatically.

The link is single-use and expires after a short time for your security. If it expires, just request a new one.

Sign in with Google or Facebook

Some businesses also let you sign in with Google or Facebook. If you see those options, choose one and follow the prompts. Use the same method each time so you land in the same account.

A separate account for each business

Every business runs its own portal on PaceCount. Signing in to one business's portal doesn't sign you in to another — even if you use the same email. Use each business's own link to reach that business.

Common questions

• The link didn't arrive. Check spam, confirm you entered the right email, and request a new link. Links expire, so use the most recent one.
• I used Facebook before but want to switch. Signing in with a different method can create a separate profile. Stick with the method you first used, or ask the business to help merge your details.
• I can't sign in at all. The business may run a request-only funnel without accounts, or your profile may have been removed. Contact the business directly.
