Choosing Your Workspace Mode

Your workspace mode is the first decision that shapes how customers interact with your business. It controls whether people can reach you through your public Get Started page, and whether they get accounts. Set it in Settings → Workspace Mode.

The three modes

• Booking Funnel — customers submit requests through your Get Started page without creating an account. Best for straightforward lead capture: you review each request and follow up.
• Customer Portal — customers create accounts, manage their own bookings, and can submit new requests over time. Best when you want an ongoing self-serve relationship.
• Admin Only — no public intake. You add and manage everything yourself. Best while you're still setting up, or if you only book customers manually.

Which should I choose?

• Just want leads with no account overhead? Booking Funnel.
• Want repeat customers to log in and track their own visits? Customer Portal.
• Not ready for public bookings yet? Admin Only, then switch on intake when you're ready.

If customers can't find a way to book

Check this setting first. Admin Only hides your intake page entirely, so no one can submit a request. Switch to Booking Funnel or Customer Portal to open intake back up.
