How to Delete Your Account

Remove your customer profile from a business on PaceCount, using the portal or by contacting the business.

PaceCount is used by many independent businesses to manage their customers. When you sign up, you create a profile with a specific business's customer portal. You can remove that profile at any time.

Delete your account from the portal

  1. Sign in to the business's PaceCount portal.
  2. Open your Profile from the account menu.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
  4. To confirm, type your email address exactly as shown, then choose Delete My Account.

You'll be signed out immediately once the deletion completes.

Deleting your account removes your profile from that business's portal. Before you confirm, it's worth understanding what happens to your data — some records are kept but your personal details are anonymized.

Ask the business to remove you

If you can't access the portal, the business that manages your account can remove your profile for you. Contact them directly and ask them to delete your customer record.

Using more than one business on PaceCount

Because different businesses run their own portals on PaceCount, deleting your profile with one business does not affect any profile you may have with another. Repeat the steps above for each business if needed.
