Request Complete Data Deletion
When and how to request full removal of your data from PaceCount, and what we can and cannot delete.
Last updated July 9, 2026
Most people only need to delete their account from a business's portal, which removes your profile and anonymizes your personal details. If you need more than that — a complete deletion request — you can contact us directly.
When to request complete deletion
Consider a complete deletion request if:
- You want confirmation that your personal information has been removed or anonymized across a business's portal.
- You believe data about you is being retained that no longer needs to be.
- You are exercising a privacy right (such as a "right to erasure" request).
How to request it
Email us at support@pacecount.net with:
- The business whose portal you used (the name of the company you were a customer of).
- The email address associated with your account.
- A short description of what you'd like removed.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What we can delete
- Your customer profile and contact details.
- Personal information attached to your service history (through anonymization).
What we may not be able to delete
- Records a business must keep by law, such as signed agreements and financial or tax records. Where these are retained, we minimize the personal data they contain.
- Login identifiers needed to keep accounts secure across different businesses. Because the same login can be used with more than one independent business on PaceCount, we retain a minimal, non-identifying login reference so that removing your data from one business never locks you out of — or interferes with — another.
