Manage Event Registrations

Work with your event roster, approve registrations, handle cancellations, and invoice attendees.

Once your event is published, you manage everyone who signs up from the event's roster. Capacity and seats are handled for you so a session can never be over-booked.

View and manage the roster

Open a session from the Events tab to see who's registered. From here you can:

  • Add an attendee manually — useful for phone or walk-in sign-ups.
  • Remove an attendee, which frees their seat for someone else.
  • Approve registrations if your event requires approval.

Approvals

If you set the event to require approval, each online registration still reserves a seat immediately. Approving it confirms the attendee's appointment; until then it stays in a requested state. This lets you vet sign-ups without risking an oversold session.

Cancellations

When an attendee cancels (or you remove them), their seat is released back to the session automatically, so the spot opens up for the next person. Customers see their event registrations alongside their other appointments with an Event badge.

Billing attendees

Because each registration creates a per-attendee appointment, you invoice event attendees the same way you invoice any job. If you set a price on the event, it flows through to each attendee's billing. Payment is invoice-later — registering never blocks on payment.

Common questions

  • A session is full — can I squeeze someone in? Remove or wait for a cancellation to free a seat, or increase capacity on the session if appropriate.
  • How do I stop taking new sign-ups? Turn off online registration for the event, or archive it. Existing registrations are preserved.
