Manage Pending Registrations
Follow up on customers who started a request but didn't finish verifying, so you never lose a lead.
Last updated July 16, 2026
Pending Registrations are your safety net for unfinished requests. When a customer submits through your Get Started page but doesn't click the email verification link, their request is held in the Pending Registrations tab instead of being lost — a bit like an abandoned cart.
Why requests land here
Most requests use passwordless verification: the customer submits, then confirms via a link emailed to them. If they close the tab before clicking, their details wait here so you can act on them.
What you can do
From the Pending Registrations tab you can:
- Provision — create the customer's account and appointment directly, without waiting for them to click the link. Use this when you've confirmed the request is legitimate.
- Edit details — fix a typo in the email, adjust requested services, or add internal notes before provisioning.
- Resend invite — nudge the customer with a fresh verification link.
- Delete — clear out obvious spam.
Automatic cleanup
Pending requests expire after a set window (commonly 7 days). Depending on your workspace configuration, an expired request is either removed or automatically converted so the service request isn't lost. You don't have to manage this manually.
Common questions
- A real customer never verified — can I still book them? Yes. Use Provision to create their account and appointment for them.
- I'm getting spam here. Delete it, and consider turning on the service area gate to cut down on bad-fit requests.
