Customize Your Branding

Add your logo, colors, and portal wording so PaceCount looks and feels like your business.

Last updated July 16, 2026

PaceCount adapts to your brand, so your customer portal, intake page, and emails feel like your business — not generic software. Configure it from the Branding settings.

Set your colors and logo

  • Primary color — PaceCount builds a full, consistent color palette from your brand color and applies it across buttons, highlights, and the calendar.
  • Logo — upload your logo for the portal header and emails. If you set a color but haven't uploaded a logo yet, PaceCount uses a tasteful fallback so nothing looks unfinished.

Portal wording

  • Portal subtitle and tagline appear on your portal and login screens. Fill them in to add personality, or clear them to keep things minimal — blank fields simply don't show, with no placeholder text.
  • Terminology — adjust the words PaceCount uses for things like "services" or "photos" so they match how your industry talks.

Let AI prefill it

If you'd like a head start, PaceCount can analyze your existing website and suggest a color, subtitle, and tagline for you to review and apply — so your workspace looks on-brand from day one.

Where branding shows up

Your branding carries through the customer portal, the public Get Started intake page, and your notification and broadcast emails, giving customers one consistent experience.

Common questions

  • My brand color isn't showing on buttons. Save your color in Branding; PaceCount generates the full palette when your color is set. If you applied it via website analysis, the palette is generated for you automatically.
  • Can I change the words for "services" or "customers"? Yes — use the terminology settings on the Branding tab.
