How to Book an Appointment

Request service from a business on PaceCount using its Get Started page, and what happens after you submit.

Last updated July 16, 2026

Each business on PaceCount has its own booking page — often called the Get Started page — where you can request service. You do not need an account to send a request; you only confirm your email so the business can reach you.

Send a request

  1. Open the business's booking link (they'll share it with you, or you'll find it on their website).
  2. Choose the service you need. Some businesses let you pick more than one.
  3. If a date step is shown, pick your preferred date — and a preferred time if the business offers one.
  4. Add your contact details and address. A phone number is optional but helps the business reach you.
  5. If photos help explain the job, you may be able to attach a few.
  6. Review your request and submit.

Confirm your email

Most businesses use passwordless sign-in. After you submit, check your inbox for a confirmation link and click it to verify your email. This finalizes your request and, where enabled, sets up your account so you can track everything in one place.

If the link doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can also ask the business to resend it.

What happens next

Every request arrives as a request the business confirms — nothing is booked automatically. The business reviews it, confirms a time, and you'll be notified. From there you can manage your appointments and you may receive reminders as the date approaches.

Common questions

  • Do I have to create an account? Not always. Some businesses run a simple request funnel with no account; others give you a portal to manage your bookings.
  • Can I request a specific time? You can share a preferred date and time. The business confirms the final schedule.
  • My area wasn't accepted. Some businesses only serve a certain area. If your address is outside it, reach out to the business directly to ask.
