Payments run through Stripe, so your customers' money goes directly to your own Stripe account. Here are the questions owners ask most.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your connected Stripe account. PaceCount does not hold or route your funds — it connects your account so charges, deposits, and invoices are tied to your business.

When do I get paid out?

Payout timing is controlled by Stripe, based on your account and country settings. Review and adjust your payout schedule in your Stripe dashboard.

Why are my payment features turned off?

The most common reason is that your Stripe account isn't fully active yet. Open Settings → Payments and finish onboarding until the status reads active. Until then, deposits and invoicing stay off to prevent failed charges.

Do I need payments to take bookings?

No. Scheduling and customer intake work without payments. Connect Stripe whenever you're ready to start collecting.

How do refunds work?

Issue refunds through your Stripe dashboard, which keeps your records accurate on the payments side.
