Keeping your details up to date helps the business reach you about your appointments, and your notification settings let you decide which messages you get.
Update your profile
- Sign in to the business's portal.
- Open your Profile from the account menu.
- Update your name, phone number, or address, then save.
Accurate contact details matter — businesses use them for confirmations, reminders, and any paperwork like service agreements.
Choose your notifications
From your notification settings you can control the kinds of messages you receive, such as appointment updates and reminders. Where a business offers text messages, you can typically opt in or out of those too.
Promotional and marketing emails always include an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Opting out of marketing doesn't stop important messages about your actual appointments.
Your details stay with each business
Your profile lives with the specific business whose portal you're using. Updating it there doesn't change any profile you may have with a different business on PaceCount.
